As a patient inside Healow, you will have the ability to engage in video consultations via telehealth with your provider(s). This includes real-time video and instant messaging features with the most advanced care management options available to community health centers.  

  • Patients will be able to participate in a telehealth visit with one of our providers from the comfort of their home.

  • Patients may use a computer or mobile device. 

  • Patients will need to have an email address to register to participate in televisits. 

  • Patients will be provided with the attached Healow – Patient Intro informational handout. This information will also be posted on our website.

  • Patients will be able to advance and same-day telehealth appointments online through Healow.

  • Patients are also able to send chat messages to providers on the platform.

SWLA Center for Health Services accepts all patients regardless of their insurance or financial status. We are a federally qualified health care program which in turn allows us to offer a wide range of services to patients through the sliding-fee scale.
