Insurance Billing

SWLA Center for Health Services will bill your primary and secondary health care plan on your behalf. However, you are ultimately responsible for the cost of services provided. You may be billed if your healthcare plan does not process in a timely manner. Further follow up with your insurance will be your responsibility. We accept the following insurances:

  • Medicaid

  • Medicare

  • Commercial Insurance

WE DO NOT ACCEPT OUT OF STATE MEDICAID.
