SWLA Center for Health Services offers the highest quality of fitness services to encourage an active and healthy lifestyle. The fitness center was designed with the community in mind. SWLA staff is trained and prepared to work with you to develop a personalized fitness plan while providing you with education, positive support and state-of-the-art equipment.

Our services include:

  • $15 membership for individuals

  • $5 Guest Fee per day

  • $11 memberships for military veterans. Military ID will be needed at the time of sign up.

  • Children over the age of 21 are required to obtain their own membership.

  • No Contracts

  • For your convenience, auto draft is available for membership payments OR members can prepay with a debit card or credit card only.

  • Staff will review the proper equipment set-up and operation as well as techniques with patrons for a safe workout.

  • You may bring headphones to listen to television on our cardio machines.

  • Towels will no longer be available due to COVID. The Fitness Center ask that you please remember to bring your own towel.

  • Members should clean equipment after every use, with the cleaning solution provided by the center to keep the equipment sanitized for your protection
